  • Please no ASMR

    I came here for great yoga nidra recordings and left because there is too much of ASMR-like random sounds. They are like nails on a chalkboard. Not suitable for meditation.

    Excellent! I was so happy to see you demonstrate & explain so many different ways to use the strap, that I stopped the video just to order one.     Dr Melissa West has been teaching me yoga for about 2 years now...Didn't expect it could change my life that much to meet with a yoga mat trying to do some postures, breathing and well ending up having fun...Thought yoga had to be so serious and perfect...But Melissa guided me through her yoga for real people approach, i never could have imagine myself wanting to hurry back on my mat...Hahaa...You know, it's like traveling through your own being, starting fom scratch listening to what your body ... more
