Over the last 40 years I have been involved in the holistic and spiritual community and have listened to many videos, tapes and podcasts over these many years. Rarely has anyone spoken to me so deeply and with such authenticity and courage as Lindsay. She speaks with authority and humility about her own experience, never preaching or advocating for her experience to be the only way. She simply states that spirituality is free for all of us to experience in our own way. I highly recommend a... more
This is just a gem! Lindsay brings forth wisdom and common sense in a world gone mad. There are no ads, no hidden agenda, nothing to sell. Simple and straightforward, yet compelling and addictive. My favorite health and spiritual podcast all in one. I was sold as soon as I listened to my first podcast. Thank you for what you do. It resonates deeply
Lindsay has a very unique and strong way of guiding people through spiritual awakening as well as anxiety and fear in general. Her own personal journey clearly makes the listener comfortable, and to know they are not alone in whatever it is they’re experiencing. Lindsay also adds humorous factors to her shows which makes her overall podcast all the more enjoyable. I recommend Live Like Eden to anyone who struggles with fear, as her guidance is outstandingly effective and powerful.
This podcast is so much fun. Lindsay takes a topic that can be confusing and esoteric and makes it approachable, understandable and humorous. I like that her insights bypass the typical navel-gazing of many “spiritual” teachers and emphasize the universality of the spiritual experience.
I love hearing down to earth spiritual talk. Highly recommend tuning in for helpful insights into waking up from the illusion.
