Q: Tell me a little bit about Caldera Real Estate Ventures and New York Real Estate to start off with. How did you come up with this concept?

The business focuses on direct private markets, especially real estate, and aims to be a scalable, outsourced investment team that can adapt to each client's horizon and preferences.
