  • So good, So brave and So necessary

There are many wonderful things about this podcast by Ligaya Sevilla. She is honest and vulnerable about how frightening it is to have anxiety and upfront about how necessary it is to be talked about. She faces and illustrates the truth of how awful panic and anxiety are to experience without trying to hide just how scary and painful it is. What I love most about this podcast is how vulnerable Ligaya allows herself to be and be seen by her audience. She doesn’t candy coat the experience of an... more

  • Sharing experiences helps on so many levels

I was just introduced to the podcast by Michelle who is featured in the Ep 18. I worked with both Michelle and Ligaya and had no idea…. And thank you so much for sharing as I can relate. The fact that people are able to share their experiences, challenges and inner voice dialog via Podcast is one of the things that I love about technology. For me growing up with the British culture as a gen X we didn’t talk about it, and seeking help feels like it’s somehow wrong. Listening to others share the... more

  • Brave Honest and Insightful

Discussions about Women’s health let alone mental health or hormonal health have always been unusually taboo. We all go through difficult times in life. It’s part of being human. Normalizing these topics and ailments is vital to healing and advancing the way we treat it. Ligaya’s podcast about anxiety and postpartum anxiety is a wonderful honest talk about her experiences and the treatment she went through to get to the other side. Anyone who struggles with anxiety disorder no matter the ca... more
