I read about it, thought about it, I am it. Mom and parental fatigue is real! It is defined as: a type of exhaustion that can be caused by feeling overwhelmed by the physical and emotional demands of parenting. And why wouldn't we be tired? Most of u... more
I'm back! And it's not my wedding anniversary. Three years ago at this exact time, I was at one of my lowest lows during my struggle with Postpartum Anxiety and OCD. This episode is an ode to that time- what I felt, what I did, and most of all, what ... more

There are many wonderful things about this podcast by Ligaya Sevilla. She is honest and vulnerable about how frightening it is to have anxiety and upfront about how necessary it is to be talked about. She faces and illustrates the truth of how awful panic and anxiety are to experience without trying to hide just how scary and painful it is. What I love most about this podcast is how vulnerable Ligaya allows herself to be and be seen by her audience. She doesn’t candy coat the experience of an... more
Mental health during and after pregnancy is just not talked about enough and we need more people to talk openly about how hard things can really get. Ligaya speaks openly about many of the challenges that face moms including her own experience, and is such a beacon of hope for moms out there who might be struggling. This is a must listen for moms to feel less alone and know more about options out there to get more support!

The fact that people are able to share their experiences, challenges and inner voice dialog via Podcast is one of the things that I love about technology. For me growing up with the British culture as a gen X we didn’t talk about it, and seeking help feels like it’s somehow wrong. Listening to others share the... more
Ligaya is so open and honest about her journey. It’s not easy to be vulnerable on a public platform but I know it is so valuable to those hearing her story. We need more of this! Thank you for your podcast Ligaya!

Anyone who struggles with anxiety disorder no matter the ca... more
