Absolutely fantastic podcast for the LGBTQ+ community - Rick is such a warm and thoughtful host. Such care is taken with guests and conversations - highly recommend!
This podcast is great because Rick is not afraid to go there on topics and ask the hard questions. Loved the episode with Drag Queen Jeza Belle on her Christian book! Worth listening to every second!
Being in this podcast was rewarding. I was hesitant to share my story because of have sensitive it is. Rick offered a space of peace and calm to allow me to feel comfortable to share. I hope my story helps at least one person. We must own our truth and story.
Rick Clemons is a fantastic interviewer. He’s so comfortable talking to so many people and obviously makes his guests feel comfortable as well. I had the pleasure of chatting with him and I could have gone on forever. The topic of living an authentic life outside the closet could be discussed for years and only scratch the surface of all the coming out stories that exist. Love his varied guests and the stories they have to share!
Rick has an amazing ability to uncover the commonalities within us even if our experiences are different. By focusing on what holds us back or what we are hiding spotlights the universal feelings we share so that we are not alone. Rick's ability to share his own vulnerabilities to connect with his guests demonstrates how truly generous he is.
