嗨，今天新增的是喬蕎的療心室，
是一個很意外很突發的Podcast
因為就在今天我認識十多年的好友碰到了與至親的生死離別，
她在訊息裡告訴我「都說不能再往生者面前哭，不然他們會放不下捨不得」
我霎時覺得好心疼，而跟她分享了我自己奶奶離開時的經驗，
至親離開，我們怎麼可能不難過、不落淚?
這些悲傷與淚水不正是情感多深厚的證明嗎?
這樣子的負能量，其實是為失去哀悼的過程，
讓自己哭泣吧...也為失去你所愛的人哭泣吧...
