離開Dzongla之後，不久來到Cholachey山腳下。努力往上翻越Chalo pass 隘口，像是進入白雪公主的冰雪世界國度一般，行走期間，雖然辛苦，卻是景色絕美，也體驗第一次穿冰爪。穿越冰川時，整個山谷好像大型盜採砂石的現場一樣。鍾老師也講述2017年梁聖岳的山難事件，點出在尼泊爾爬山健行，聘請嚮導的重要性。近下午3點，終於來到了有喜馬拉雅山最美的藍寶石之稱的Gokyo lake，也是我這趟行程第二個目標。

晚上山屋的房間像冰窖一樣，好冷好冷！最低來到負20度，你能想像嗎？該如何穿著呢？親眼看見雪崩的發生，好像山神在你面前灑了一把麵粉，目睹大自然的力量。終於抵達基地營著名的大石頭，雖是一顆平凡的石頭，也不是每個人都能抵達目標，卻乘載著多少人的夢想啊！巡禮一番基地營後，回高樂雪住宿，準備隔日爬卡拉帕塔看日出。在雪地攀爬上觀景平台後，卻因天候不佳，無緣看到日出聖母峰……

從天波切到丁波切，沿途的牛奶河流風景秀麗。前往丁波切途中也下起了雪來，高度正式超過4000公尺，比玉山還要高囉！所以在丁波切必須做高度適應，以避免高山症發作。高度適應日並不是休息喔，還要直上700公尺到5100米高的Nangkartshang山峰做訓練。山屋補給不易，什麼都貴喔：10顆水餃要台幣275、一顆蛋台幣超過$100、 兩晚Wi-Fi要台幣$400、1公升熱水要125元……，都因為高山補給不易，完全靠人力或動物運輸上山喔！隨著海拔攀升，也看到越來越多的人在騎馬，雖然辛苦，但是感受得到他們... more
