從小學時開始發胖，中學時每年增重十公斤，最胖曾到一百三十公斤。蔡培元在求學、工作的過程中，都因為「胖子」的模樣受到特別看待。於是他從自身的困頓出發，把自己的身體當作一個田野，承認自己受傷、委屈、無能為力，並將這些經驗轉化為好好活下去的動力。

《那城》系列漫畫，是香港漫畫家黃照達（Justin Wong）2020至2021年於《明報》副刊〈星期日生活〉專欄刊載的政治漫畫，黃照達藉其繪畫諷刺香港的各種時事。2021年，黃照達因遭到舉發，緊急離開香港，移居倫敦，此系列漫畫竟也成為他在香港這片土地上的道別之作。

愛滋，現在已經被醫界認為是慢性病，定期服藥就可以獲得控制。科學的進步治療了疾病，卻無法治療人心的恐懼與歧視。許多人的恐懼來自於對疾病的無知，不知道能否與感染者互動，這已經不是醫學領域的問題，而是心理與文化層面的狀態，無法透過先進的醫療來解決，而需要更多願意說出來的故事、被看見的身影，才有機會扭轉人心中的未知與恐懼。

我聽的是資深編輯江灝＆蘇上豪醫師對談的這一集，兩位除了介紹好書，也深入淺出的補充了《零號病人》以外關於醫學知識及醫學史的延伸知識，受益匪淺，非常感謝大塊出版社用心做節目。另外還有一個小小建議，貴出版社製播的Podcast 內容都非常好，可惜收音品質不佳，雜音頗多，比起其他節目略遜一籌，期待能夠改善。

剛聽完「T子%%走」那集，覺得非常有趣！氣氛很好、訪談有趣、內容精實、笑聲也非常有感染力，是聽完很舒服的一集podcast。開頭的男主持人聲音很好聽，唯一美中不足的是中間訪談過程聽不到男主持人說的話，但瑕不掩瑜，本來還在觀望要不要下手這本，但現在已經變成我下次去書局的必買之一了XD
