A few years later after they stopped, this is still the best podcast for Japanese learners on the internet. Thank you so much for all your hard work! I really enjoyed listening to them.
I see a lot of the reviews are saying that you need to know words to understand all of it, while that’s true just being able to listen to them speaking in Japanese will help you being to recognize patterns etc. the way you learn a language is like a child, you need to listen and recognize patterns. So while you might not learn how to speak like Shakespeare from this you’re learning how to recognize patterns.
I think you need to know some Japanese to really understand it at all, even if you’re supposed to be learning. I’m doing some Japanese on duolingo, and recognize a few words, but not enough to understand what the rest of them mean, though the idea of this podcast is great!
I’m kind of confused because they’re js speaking in Japanese. but maybe it can help you learn???
