Q: What got you into this sector, and what inspired you to pursue this career path?
I grew up with a father who worked in the energy space, and his public presentations about hydro facilities inspired my interest. I started in environmental engineering and gradually moved into the utility sector, where I saw opportunities to make a real impact for customers and communities.
