Thanks for sharing that there are four gun safety rules. I just took a CCW by a NRA instructor and the material provided him only references three of them. They do not acknowledge the rule about knowing your target and beyond which is a very important rule in self defense.

I was the use of force SME for a state LE agency for many years and I am basing this rating on the "hammer time" podcast. His points were spot on. The discussion reminded me of the constitutional law updates we had every year to discuss changes in the law as it pertains to searches, use of force, etc. and what we could/could not do based on that year's court decisions. Great podcast.
