浪潮之上从战争、灾害、难民营、维和部队，到联合国、国际非政府组织、援非医疗队，以及中国本土的救援队。我们倾听来自世界的声音，更希望能够吸引同频的伙伴。「浪潮之上Above The Waves」作为IOING CHINA这个由国际组织中国成员组成的跨地区、跨时期、跨机构的民间非营利性社群的群产品，致力于搭建一个经验分享与思想碰撞的平台。本季「无国界聊天室Voices Beyond Borders」作为「浪潮之上Above The Waves」的开篇，将和驻扎在世界各地的人道主义工作者们对话，带听众走进最真实也最鲜活的一线 。于2024年春夏上线，不定期更新。
