同為母胎單身的me對懶蘋果講的好有同感！
我也希望「在我真的愛我自己之前，不希望會遇到讓我心動的人」💪🏻💪🏻
但是因為單身太久了，好像會怕進入一段關係，好奇懶蘋果在單身到非單身心境上的變化？或是需要做些什麼心裡上的調適？
還有就是當在愛自己，追求真實的自己的過程中，常常有點困惑…
特別是在遇到喜歡的人時，總是想要展現最完美的一面，但又擔心這種「完美」只是表象，一旦被喜歡的人接受缺可能因為不是真實的自己感到困擾…
想問問懶蘋果，在這樣的狀況下我們應該如何取捨？在交往或曖昧前就全盤敞開，還是多少保留一點以免嚇跑對方？
或是想請兩位主持人分享一些實際經驗，在這樣的狀況下如何找到平衡，能保留真實的自己又能在感情中建立穩固的關係
