Gracias Caren por regalarme los mejores días en cuarentena gracias a tus clases gratis en el 2020. Soy tu fan! Aún cuando no logro deshacer la postura con calma y elegancia lo disfrutó al máximo... Para mi el yoga es ese amor que es súper fuerte pero te cuesta mantener, eso si nada de tóxico al contrario! Entonces por qué me cuesta mantener? Quizás la tóxica soy yo!
