ألهمتني كيف أبحث عن التوازن عرفت العله الي اعاني منها واكتشفت من الحلقة انو انا مو متوازنة عشان كدة تايهه عرفت من ايش اخاف ،اخاف من الانطفاء بسبب الاحتراق الوظيفي او العاطفي وايوا من اسباب التشتت الي عندي اني ما اعيش اللحظة للحظة نفسها ما اعطي كل لحظة وقتها واعطيها نفسي اكون في شغلي بس مخي مشغول مع اهلي ولا في امور ثانية ولمن اكون من اهلي مخي مشغول في الشغل العكس تماما ، فممكن الحل يكون وقت الشغل احط نفسي جوات الشغل ووقت جلسة الاهل او الاصحاب احط نفسي مع الاصحاب او الاهل اكون حاضرة في كل م... more
