Enige tijd geleden naar de spookverhalen van Tom Hofland geluisterd en vanochtend het interview met Debby Petter. Gaat u, als “journalistieke” podcast, meer kritiekloze interviews maken? Dan is voor mij de lol er wel van af na vele jaren trouw naar kunststof te hebben geluisterd. Wees kritisch, stel goede vragen en laat de gasten niet hun “product” alleen maar kunnen verkopen. Vooral in het geval van Hofman vond ik dat een aanfluiting.

Heel apart dat de interviewster Carine van Santen meer aan het woord is dan Eddy Terstall. Ze is te ongeduldig om naar een antwoord te luisteren en heeft kennelijk ook al in gedachten welk antwoord ze wil horen. Dit werkt niet.

Indrukwekkend gesprek met Jaap Scholten met twee mooie stemmen en prachtig formulerende Jaap Scholten. Indringend onderwerp, oorlog in Oekraïne, en wat je er zelf aan kan doen stemt tot nadenken. Enige smetje dat de tegeltekst in de mond wordt gelegd van de geïnterviewde. Wel een fraaie tekst !

Het moet niet zo moeilijk zijn om in een statistiekje aan te tonen wie er nu het meeste aan het woord is: de interviewer of de geïnterviewde. Het spijt me, maar ik ben niet geïnteresseerd in Frenk, die graag in z’n lange zinnen wil aantonen hoe slim hij is. Heel graag was ik met korte verdiepende vragen meer te weten gekomen over Eppo van Nispen tS. Overigens heeft Willemijn Veenhoven hetzelfde euvel, zij het in kortere zinnen: ze hoort zichzelf te graag.
