This used to be a great show about building, breaking, repairing and tweaking numerous technologies. Now it has become just another show touting junk that will be obsolete a couple of months after you buy it. There are thousands of podcasts, blogs, websites and YouTube channels that do the same thing in 1/10 the time TWIT wants you to commit here. I don't know about you, but I somehow lack the interest to sit through a 45 minute discussion about light bulbs. Your precious time is best spent else... more
This used to a five star show. That is untill Bryan Burnett left. Since then it has been one plug in host after another and none are a good fit. If you like maker stuff, and learning about some tech gadgets add this show as a filler betwen your other podcast.
This show is hosted by a heavyset weird guy who gets free products from companies and then talks about them on a podcast. He mostly gets toy drones and drone parts.
In between talking about the free products he gets to play with, he does actual paid ads for companies.
This show is well produced and fun to watch. It is a must for any aspiring maker, hacker, diyer. Always great knowledge and interesting projects.
Really enjoy the show
