お土産に金平糖をいただいたのですが、いつ食べれば良いか分かりません。
おやつとしてはお腹の足しにならない気もするし、むしろお腹の足しになるまで食べたら
体に悪そうな気もします。
どのようなときに食べるのがベストな食べ方だと思いますか?
