「部落應該不要強調孩子怎麼回來，要想孩子怎麼出得去。」持著這個理念，2015年，透過實驗教育三法自學團體的模式，成立原根職校，並且聘任一任專職導師陪伴學生。原根職校每年平均招收6-8位學生，但因為工作和唸書都很辛苦，每年還是會有1-2位離開。每週一是上課時間，其他時間則在不老部落工作。在課程設計的部份，一到三年級有不同的任務。
