2026年1月3日、2年目の餅つき大会が終了…！
許認可取得など、去年よりも少し早くスタートが切れた2年目の餅つき。近隣の店舗の協力も得て、無事終了！
そんな終了後の店内で、ちょっとした反省会（？）を兼ねた収録を。
餅つき自体は、去年よりスムーズにいったかな、と思いつつも、改善できそうなこともまだまだ幾つか。その意味では、やってみてわかること、思い出すことがたくさん。
そこから話はいろんな方向に飛び、夏？秋？にやりたいことを話すなどに展開。面白い企画の持ち込み、いつでもOKです！

告知していた 台湾🇹🇼POP UP、行ってきましたー！
というわけで、ようやく報告回…！「Kaung day、台湾で出店してきたよー！」回。
振り返ってみると、色々とトラブル（？）もあったんですが、なんせ１ヶ月以上前の出来事…。
にも関わらず、３人で話すうちに当時の記憶が次々に蘇ってきて「本当に楽しかったー！」と言えるPOP UPでした。

台湾POP UP 出発直前、中部国際空港の搭乗口での収録！
なぜ 飛騨萩原 のカフェ「Kaung day」が台湾で POP UP をすることになったのか？ そのほんの一部が語られています。
出発前日にスマホが壊れてめちゃくちゃ焦った話とか、ほんと雑談でごめんなさい…
搭乗アナウンスが何度も流れており、お聞き苦しい部分もありますが、ご容赦ください。

11月15日の夜、Kaung day で開催された 「居酒屋まさや と DJ Night」。外はそれなりの寒さだったにも関わらず、一時は冷房を入れるほどの熱気に包まれたイベントとなりました。
久々の再開に盛り上がる店内は、いつもの Kaung day とは随分違った雰囲気の中、美味しい料理と気持ちいい音楽に囲まれて、久々の再開がたくさんの、とってもいい感じの雰囲気でした。

2025年 11月 15日（土）Kaung day に「居酒屋まさや」がやってくる…！
高山で朝食・ランチ、夜営業までやっている「Cafe My」のオーナーで、シェフの まさやくん。関西で料理人として修行を積み、高山で店を構えていますが、実は下呂市萩原町出身。
