自分で編集しながらきいてて、私っていつも周りに反応を求めて反応がなければ不安になったり存在価値について考えてしまったりしてるなぁと思いました
存在するだけで救われる人がいるって自分でいってたのに自分には当てはめれてなかったことにも気づきました
これからも内観をたくさんして、自分のことを純度120％で愛せるように生きていきたいですね🌼

自分を愛すると言うのは簡単に聞こえるけど、実は長いステップがあって、一つ一つを乗り越えていくと知らない間に自分のことが大好きになって愛していると思います。
人生の長い道のりいろんなことがあって、簡単に思い通りに行く事は少ないかもしれないけど、どんな瞬間も自分の大切な1部だと思って愛せるようになればいいなと思います。💕

今これ書いてて思ってんけど私って2〜3年に一度は新しいこと始めてるなぁ
そんな私はSNS5年ほどやってきて完璧に作り上げた自分を見せるような顔出しの動画は好きやけど(口パク系)
長い動画や配信などの、撮り直しができないものとかは得意じゃないんだと言うことに気づきました
この期間SNSを続けてきたからわかったことですね
