I love this show so much, the hosts make me laugh and I love how they switch from laughing one minute to really motivating me the next. I’ve got to say I wouldn’t have ever said I’m in to anything spiritual but they explain things in a way that just makes sense. They’ve got me meditating and doing gratitude lists every day now and it really has helped make me feel happier. So thanks Lucy and Cheryl, I’ll be buying crystals next.
