Judd Zulgad and AJ Fredrickson are lifelong Minnesota hockey die-hards and Minnesota Wild media nerds, and this is their safe space to offer up takes, rants and reckless speculation about the Minnesota Wild and NHL. Judd wishes the Minnesota Wild were called the Minnesota North Stars. Sometimes we recklessly speculate about Minnesota Wild trades. Pass. Shoot. Score. Always remembering Jessi Pierce... more

Quit forcing bar down beauties through Judd’s hockey show feed. If I want that podcast I’d download it separately.
Up to four shows a week now just to recap the same old discussions. Good thing I can skip the adds
These guys are decently knowledgeable on hockey and the wild. However, there is legit 3 minutes of adds at the start and two minute ad intervals every 10 minutes. There are not many Wild podcasts, so this is what you have to deal with unfortunately. I listen to this podcast but I’d recommend this podcast be a supplement to an alternative wild podcast.
This is the best Minnesota Wild podcast that I’ve found out there. Judd and Declan aren’t overwhelmingly negative like a lot of the other podcast hosts can be. I’m not a fan of all Minnesota sports, so I love that they stick to the Wild and they cover a good mix of all things that pertain.
I just stumbled on this one a year ago and have really enjoyed it as great alternative viewpoint than the other top 1-3 mn wild podcasts. This one has more of a fan perspective slant perhaps. Only wish it were a more daily cadence!

A witty, opinionated sports podcast focused on the Minnesota Wild and broader NHL drama. Episodes frequently dissect playoff formats, trade deadline moves, and roster decisions, paired with banter, fan anecdotes, and a strong curiosity about team history. The show blends deep hockey knowledge with accessible takes, making it a go-to for Wild fans who appreciate candid analysis, lighthearted humor, and occasional guest perspectives from other hockey voices. Noteworthy is the consistent emphasis on roster moves, depth decisions, and the playoff window, plus a recognizable on-air rhythm that fans describe as balanced between insightful critique and entertaining banter.
