I love Craig, but the longer this show goes on, it’s clear that he resents it and doesn’t care. I rarely even check it for new episodes anymore.
Also - he tells the same stories a LOT. There’s nothing fresh or joyful here. It’s become a downer.
I always thought that standing up to absurd tyranny was kinda the point of punk. It’s a shame. We need smart, funny people like you who are respected on both sides to speak out. Guess you’re just too rich and comfortable to care anymore. Oh well.
I have to be honest. I love Craig, and I still talk about some of the interviews he did when he was the host of Late Late. That said, I don't really understand this podcast. I've listened to a few episodes here and there, but the "joy" aspect often doesn't come up. The Carrot Top episode I listened to today was just a rehashing of Scott's career.
