Het is verstandig om tijdens de zwangerschap contact met verf op terpentinebasis te vermijden.
Gebruik tijdens de zwangerschap geen verf die vluchtige organische stoffen bevat. Je kind kan daardoor (ernstige) beschadigingen aan het zenuwstelsel oplopen.

Hele fijne podcast om tijdens min zwangerschap te luisteren. Alsof ik met vriendinnen aan tafel zit. Veel herkenning, veel info en ook lekker luchtig. Ik heb er veel aan!

Op zich een leuk idee, maar ik vind de gesprekken soms erg cringe en zoals veel anderen schrijven: druk. Ook hoop ik dat Diede niet een gemiddelde Nederlander representeert. Met name opmerkingen als ‘mijn partner is helemaal niet betrokken bij de zwangerschap’ en ‘voor mijn partner is het vooral belangrijk dat mijn vagina er na de bevalling goed uit komt’ vind ik niet meer van deze tijd. Content en idee is heel leuk. Maar alle dames die door elkaar heen praten waarvan de een veel harder dan de ander is erg onrustig en het dan ineens harde gelach zelfs erg irritant.
Veel zwangere luisteren een podcast om even lekker te ontspannen bijvoorbeeld voor het slapen gaan maar daar is deze veel te onrustig voor.
Ik ben benieuwd naar de inhoud maar toch al meerdere keren een podcast geïrriteerd moeten afzetten door bovenstaande.
