제 최근 머릿속은 온통 영어 생각으로 꽉 차 있습니다. 대학원 입학을 위해 맞춰야 하는 점수를 한 과목에서 0.5점 차이로 미끄러지는 바람에 다시 공부를 했어야 했기 때문인데요. 정말 괴로운 시간이었지만 동시에 재미있는 콘텐츠들로 머리를 식히고 새로운 취향을 발견해 나가는 시간이기도 했습니다. 오늘 지울까에서는 도파민 가득 팡팡 터지는 영어 콘텐츠를 추천해 보겠습니다.

나는 장애인 애인을 가지고 싶었으면서 다른 것도 가지고 싶었다. 욕심이었을까? ‘장애와 사랑, 실패와 후회에 관한 끝말잇기’ 라는 부제를 가진 이 책의 탄생은 제가 손 꼽아 기다린 것이면서 동시에 두려워하던 것이었습니다. 나와 비슷한 상황에 있어보았던 사람의 이야기를 절실히 읽고 싶으면서도 동시에 너무나도 가까운 이야기일까봐, 그래서 내가 그러쥔 관계의 끝 역시 이 이야기의 끝과 같이 명징하다고 이야기 할까봐 무서웠습니다.

구르 님이 팟캐스트를 한다는 소문을(?) 듣고 한 걸음 달려와서 들었는데... 이변 없이 역시나 너무 좋아요.
차분하지만 강단 있는 말투, 신선한 주제들, 그리고 구르 님 본인을 위해서 짧은 토크 시간을 가진다고 하셨지만 길지 않음으로 인해서 더 감칠맛이 나서 이어서 다른 회차까지 듣게 만드는 매력까지 느꼈어요..
길지도 짧지도 않은 시간이라 하기 귀찮던 집안일을 시작하기 전에 틀고 하면 어느새 끝이 보이고, 팟캐스트도 끝을 향해 가기 때문에 매번 두 개를 연달아 듣다가 벌써 남은 회차가 4개밖에 없어서 아껴 듣고 있습니다.
이젠 싱싱하게 올라오는 제철 팟캐스트를 노려야겠지만 덕분에 밀린 팟캐스트들을 들으며 집안일이나 산책을 타파했어요. 앞으로도 지우지 말고 제 일상에 함께 있어주세요!
