第197回は東京都は石川酒造から「多満自慢 華吟醸」でございます
Xの抽選であたったお酒ではありますが、今までのお酒で3本の指に入るほどのうまみの強いお酒でした
今風ではない、しかし、確実にストライクゾーンを狙ってくる
そのような味わいではないかと思います
そしてその味は追求すればどこまでも行ってしまう蔵元の「性」からくるもので一つの答えを体現しているのではないかと思います

ハローワークで求人出して、出会った杜氏と復活させた蔵。酒作りのスタート時期まで待てなかった酒造り大好き杜氏の造った酒はハイクオリティでした。
