【酒逢知己】本集邀請威士忌達人 徐雲振/徐代書與我們分享，好的雪莉桶威士忌，除了外觀的顏色，可判斷熟成狀況，重要的是要有足夠的油脂，再來酒體body是否濃郁？是否乾淨？以及硫化物的多寡。總合來說，就是既要rich、有豐富的口感，又保有雪莉的香氣，卻不能有太多的雜味，表示所選的雪莉桶就要是純淨、高品質；如此口感喝起來也會很溫暖、很適合搭配台菜。
