【酒逢知己】本集邀請調酒師 劉奎麟Tonic與我們分享，現在的雞尾酒與過去相當不同，20年前比較偏向日式經典風格，而現在的雞尾酒，除了加入現代元素、歐美文化，也受亞洲自己在地化、餐飲習慣、潮流文化圈的影響，創造出來繽紛異國的雞尾酒風格； 2024年他在高雄創立以威士忌base的 MalTail酒吧，是試圖透過調酒師的努力，把喝威士忌習慣，拓展到向下的年齡層，曾榮獲亞洲50最佳酒吧的第75名。

【酒逢知己】本集邀請讚鐵板燒、鮨松濤日本料理總經理 葉清雄與我們分享，如果客人自行帶酒來，外場經理會事先跟客人溝通，帶什麼樣的香檳、紅白酒，或其他酒，主廚會客製醬汁來搭配當天的酒與料理，或是客人有特別想品嚐的食材，餐廳就能提前準備；當然也可以由侍酒師推薦各種酒，從葡萄酒、啤酒、清酒到威士忌烈酒，讓食材的旨味umami在口中繚繞，更驚喜的是，現場還能選自己喜歡的清酒杯來搭配清酒。
