每一个行业的繁荣兴盛，都离不开研究它，支持它的群体，研究到家的也许就叫专家吧！
而现在那些所谓的“专家”，只是为了给电视节目做吹鼓手，被请来配合电视栏目的收视率，吹嘘台上的演员，彷佛只有这样，这些“专家”才会有存在感，才能拿出场费。这些“专家”也许在各自的领域有独到的研究与建树，但若让他们张嘴唱两句京剧，他们恐怕连散板、摇板都不知道，还坐在那里口吐莲花、阵阵有词，京剧综艺舞台上有这样的“专家”就是让人笑话的“砖家”。
“角儿”，是指舞台当间儿站着挂头牌的演员，“角儿”又分“好角儿”和“名角儿”，“好角儿”不见得有名、“名角儿”也不见得真好。
当今很多演员以专业而自傲，很不待见业余票友，而那些新戏迷对票友也有一种成见，总以为票友是业余的，不能和专业演员相提并论，更不能对专业人士进行评价。其实演员不过是一个职业，演戏不过是为了糊口。
