マラウイで柔道コーチをしていた工藤龍馬さん。 マラウイにおいて柔道の認知度は低いが、少しずつ環境を整備している。 柔道の稽古を通して考え方や大事なことを共有していき、少しずつ信頼関係が築けていけたとのこと。 現地で柔道という武道を通してのお話を伺いました。
西アフリカにあるリベリア共和国と日本の交流。 東京2020大会のオリンピック・パラリンピックで、にかほ市はリベリア共和国のホストタウンに。 にかほ市の高校生とリベリア共和国の高校生とのオンライン交流会を実施など。 実際の取組みに関してお話を伺いました。
アフリカのマラウイと日本の交流プロジェクト。 昨年9月頃からJICA九州支所を経由し、中学校の英語の授業と併せ英語の手紙の交換が始まりました。 マラウイの文化を知り日本の文化を知ってもらえる。 その思いを大切にしている交流プロジェクトに関してお話を伺いました。
