2025年即將到來，行政院今天（26日）也公布明年的元旦新制，包含將調高2024年基本生活費用，以及2024年度綜合所得稅免稅額、標準扣除額、薪資所得、身心障礙、幼兒學前、房屋租金支出特別扣除額等減稅優惠，預估約有687萬戶受惠，至於勞工最低工資也是連續第9年調漲，明年月薪由2萬7,470元調整至2萬8,590元，時薪由183元調整為190元。

前監察院長王建煊與失智妻子相依為命生活，他說，雖然他照顧妻子過程並不痛苦，但他可以理解會發生「照顧殺人」的無力感，很多人確實心力交瘁，政府要正視這個問題。
