Mr.マウスピース 大橋真龍僕には、高校時代に、100歳で、100メートル世界記録樹立という夢がありました。 今も続いております。 オリンピックを目指す気もなく、確実に記録を残せることと、当時の自信のあったものから、考えたのです。 努力をしようとしないことが、よくわかりますね（笑） そこから、元気で長生きできるようにということを考えました。 なので、健康には、人一倍気を使っていたつもりだったのですが、お酒の飲みすぎで、痛風になったのです。 そこから、健康への関心が強まり、いろいろと調べていくうちに、今の時代に合わない話が多数見えてきたのです。 歯医者として開発した、マウスピースもその一つです。 そして、衝撃の事実が判明しました！ なんと！僕は、発達障害だったのです。（診断されませんでしたが。） そのため、今までの常識では、本来の能力を活かした発達を望めず、変えていく必要があると感じています。 最近、常識を疑うという言... more

やはり虫歯予防が大事なのですが 僕がお勧めするのは、パナソニックのドルツ。 超音波の水の流れで汚れを落としてくれます。
