一个周六的凌晨五点半，Kit房间的窗户突然被推开，窗外站着邻居爷叔骂骂嚷嚷。这不是他第一次和邻居理论，他想起了住北京胡同那会儿，总是在他家门前下水道倒尿盆的北京大爷。而日常生活中，我们这些异乡人、外来者，总是要去习惯当地土著的生活习惯以及与他们的社交距离，当然，对于那些甚至“就出生在这栋房子里”的土著来说，接受“外来者”也需要时间。我们开始怀念儿时亲密无间、互相扶持的邻里街坊，而当自己长大以后也试着拎一袋东西敲开邻居门，获得这些熟悉陌生人的问候时，我们也终于觉得自己“生活”在了这里。
