這個節目其實我的聽了最新的四集，但是每一集我每聽了一些都會需要倒帶再聽一下，因為內容實在是太富哲理非常的令我感動、戲劇就是人生，

最近WFH，因此每天中午都自己下廚，在做菜的這45分鐘到一小時左右的時間裡，剛好就能聽完一集。一開始是抱著想要更了解即興劇的想法來聽的，但聽著聽著發現，除了透過即興演員的角度來認識Keith Johnstone、認識演員們，也讓我開始用不同的角度回去看看自己的過往，像是自己受教育的經驗、兒時的經驗等，總能在其中發現許多新的想法與感受。我覺得這是一個很優質、很有趣但同時也發人深省的節目，非常推薦！
