前回作ったものを食べ、答え合わせをする回。
搾菜の正解はやはりわからず、そして出張収録の企画が持ち上がり…有言不実行気味の当チャンネル、実現するでしょうか？？
【食べてるもの】
・豚肉と葉ニンニクの炒め
・茹で搾菜の胡麻マヨ酢和え
・焼き銀杏
・塩揉み生搾菜
この収録の後、しばらく葉ニンニクにハマりました。
葉ニンニク。指先をニンニク風味に染めてニンニクを刻まなくてもニンニク炒めができる手軽さ。葉ニンニクは通年あってほしいお気に入り。
ニンニクやニンニクの芽に比べると認知度が低いけれど、見かけたら是非食べてほしい。
ただし収録から公開が遅すぎて、次に手に入るのはきっと冬でしょう…
そして生の搾菜に手こずる回。
苦いんです。ほろ苦いくらいの野菜は好みですが、しっかり苦い野菜はどうしたものか。

自分で作ったことも、記憶の限りでは食べたこともないはずだけど、どうしてもラムとパクチーは好相性だと私のDNAが言っている。
作ってみたらやっぱり美味しいし、調べてみたらやっぱり皆んなが作ってた。それこそ太古の昔から。
DNAが騒ぐものも無理はない。
随分とお久しぶりの更新になりました。
所用で収録からかなり時間が空いてしまい、編集のために聞き直す。
インプロ料理はその場の思いつきで作り始めてその場限りで消えてゆくから、あの時自分たちで作ったものがまるで初耳、新鮮。
そうだった、とにかく大量のパクチーだった。
あと掴めないほどの胴回りのエリンギ。
そして、ラム。
一見するとバラバラで、一貫性がないように見える食材は、強過ぎる個性を打ち消さないよう、うまいこと掛け合わせていきたい。
