1948年2月28日的上海乍浦路桥头上演了奇怪的一幕。原本坐车的乘客和拉车的黄包车夫竟对一个推车的苦力挥拳相向，二人最终将一副锃亮的手铐铐到他手上。
被抓捕者正是二年前从江湾监狱越狱逃亡的日本战犯中野久勇。
