很有意思的一期，单纯分享一个关于节目里提到的话题的知识。他们谈到钠有助于葡萄糖的吸收，这个是跟肠道的葡萄糖转运蛋白有关，这个蛋白的全称是sodium glucose co-transporter -1. 就是说在往细胞里运葡萄糖的时候需要sodium，就是钠。海怪提到的钠钾泵是用来维持细胞膜电压的，跟葡萄糖的转运没有直接关系。
