Listened for the first time and today and last time today. Content seems interesting, but found myself losing my train of thought because of the slow speed and the frequent smacking sound with each pause. The last message made it sound like an infomercial. Really wanted to like it.
This is a great podcast! Easy to listen to, and easy to relate. The conversation format makes it entertaining while being informative. I love the variety of guests and how each person takes a different angle on food and nutrition. Keep it up!
