  • Jason Wilde

Why does Wilde take it upon himself to create roomers about Aaron Rogers?

That interview with Love was just to start crap swirling at the end of the season.

Jason, you’re not an entertainer, you’re not funny, just shut up and report what is factual.

You will have plenty of off season items to report with espns lies.

The media is over saturated with blow hards try to be professional. Also Homer is way past due to retire! Tired of him yelling all the time.

  • He’s the best on the Packers beat

I used to listen to Wilde years ago on his old podcasts (Green and Gold Today?) and Tuesdays with Aaron. But then he switched to Wilde and Tausch and I didn’t like the format. This is a nice podcast so I can still listen to his Packers takes, just wish it was longer. Nice to see him writing a few stories on the Athletic too.

Not sure if it’s an Apple issue but app states there is a new pod but in reality it’s old.

Gutey Bets Big on the Packers' Young Core
Q: What do you make of the overall picture of Goody's approach compared to past regimes and the potential long-term implications for 2027?
Goody appears to be extending a similar philosophy of prioritizing cost-controlled talent and re-signing core pieces, which could position the team for a sustainable window through the late 2020s, provided injuries don't derail key players.
Gutey Bets Big on the Packers' Young Core
Q: Jason, your reaction to the news that Packers lock up Devonte Wyatt and other young players long-term?
The move underscores a strategy of securing affordable, multi-year deals for rising talents to maintain financial flexibility, even if it means some players are not elite today; it signals a deliberate bet on internal development and durability.
Wilde: LaFleur Safe, But Not Untouchable
Q: What does Matt LaFleur need to do to be considered completely safe as Packers coach?
Wilde suggests that safety isn't guaranteed by contract extensions alone and emphasizes consistent playoff performance, roster health, and on-field improvements as the true determinants of job security.
Wilde: LaFleur, Love and Packers Expectations
Q: You spoke with a lot of confusion. What triggered you in that moment?
The host points to the intense fan scrutiny surrounding Matt LaFleur after playoff losses, highlighting that critics have a right to be vocal but that the focus should be on how the team moves forward rather than dwelling on past mistakes.
Jason Wilde: Jordan Love's Ceiling Is Still Ahead
Q: What is your take on Jordan Love's ceiling for this coming season?
Jason Wilde argues that while Love has shown potential, he hasn't yet proven a definitive ceiling and will need to elevate this year to reach a higher level of play and consistency.
