One of my favourite narrative podcasts. The voice acting is *amazing* and there is so much relatability and humour. Five stars :)
You can see them, in your mind's eye, reading directly from the script. It's so unnatural, so wooden, that I can't listen to it.
Jack of All Trades bills itself as a comedy horror and proceeds to lean so heavily into comedy that you forget its horror until the horror hits and your stomach is dropping in the most exhilarating way possible. I genuinely felt betrayed by the horror in this show and thats what I love most about it! All of the characters are incredibly written and acted and I am very close to taking up a second job to fund season 2 myself. This show is hilarious and horrifying and incredible!
Had me hooked by the end of the first episode! This is such a fun concept, with spunky characters you become grievously attached to very quickly. (They’re also queer if that sweetens the pot for you.)
