武蔵小杉病院、ナースコールがランサムウェアの餌食に 患者1万人の個人情報が漏えい。 日本医科大学武蔵小杉病院は2月13日、サイバー攻撃により患者の個人情報が漏えいしたと発表した。ナースコールシステムのサーバがランサムウェア攻撃を受け、患者約1万人の氏名や性別、住所、電話番号、生年月日などが漏えい。なお13日時点では、医療情報システムへの影響はなく、通常通り診療を受け付けている。
日販、元従業員が情報漏えい 約6年間、取引先の売上データなどを無断転送。 日販グループホールディングスと日本出版販売は2月13日、グループ元従業員1人よる情報漏えいが発覚したと発表した。元従業員は2019年12月～25年9月の間、取引先65社の売上データなど全295件を社外関係者に無断で転送・漏えいしていた。なお個人の顧客の個人情報は含まれていなかったという。
