私が10年以上愛用している日記アプリ「Day One」に、最近大きな変化がありました。AIを活用した新機能の追加など、これまで以上に「記録」と「活用」の幅が広がるアップデートが続いています。

Obsidianにはもともと「デイリーノート」という標準機能があります。毎日1枚、その日の日付がついたノートが自動で作られ、そこに何でも書き込んでいける仕組みです。
私自身も長年デイリーノートシステムを使い続けています。ルールはシンプルで、「その日やったことは全部書く」それだけです。
