“Everything and everywhere starts with a story” Absolutely! The Inspired Design series excels at presenting the finest our Emerald City has to offer and the Creative Gems who play an instrumental role in shaping it. I learn something new each and every time I listen ! A perfect gift to share with someone who has just had the good fortune to move to Seattle as well share with those who have been fortunate to enjoy life here for years.
These episodes are so interesting I’m compelled to visit all these spots in Seattle, like the Space Needle that I’ve just taken for granted. Love the deep dives. Addicting!
Wow - what a great way to bring a visual concept like design into a pure auditory experience and make it so tangible! I can see these spaces just as well as hear them because Gina really brings the listener along so we see it all through her eyes!
Fascinating behind-the-scenes tour of the Space Needle renovation. The inspiration behind the glass floors - crawling underneath the restaurant floor and finding a hole with an incredible view?? Wow! This podcast is full of fun facts. Gives me a whole new appreciation for my hometown landmark. Looking forward to the next episode.
I was riding my bike, heading North on the Burke Gilman while listening to the first episode. I loved hearing about the world fair and why the Space Needle was built. So much great history and nice to hear people talk about beautiful things. It was so enjoyable to listen to that I was excited for the next episode to start at the end of the episode. Sadly the second has not been released yet! Looking forward to learning more.
