マイペースカフェ一般社団法人ギフテッドのメンバーを中心に色んな人にインクルーシブの話をしてもらって勉強する番組です。インクルーシブってなかなか一言では説明できないけど、ギフテッドメンバーが「インクルーシブ発見！」と思った時にその人に直接話を聞いたら、どうしてインクルーシブって思ったのかちょっとわかるかもしれない。そしたら真似したりできるかもしれない。そんな勉強会です。

性教育は人権教育。自己肯定感を育むために欠かせない学びや関わり。残念ながら東京は特に遅れています。

お久しぶりの更新です！今回は、全国特別支援学校知的障害教育校PTA連合会長の冨永美和さんがゲスト。ドイツとイギリスで子育てを経験した冨永さんに、海外の障害児の子育て事情を伺いました。冨永さんが先生になる事は必然なんだろうなぁ〜。

小金井みんなの公園プロジェクト”play here”の言い出しっぺ小林さん。熊井さんオフィス「とをが」に2人揃っていたところ突撃隣のインクルーシブ！
小林さんは小金井市の職員で、インクルーシブに本気すぎる公務員。言葉に迷いがなくて、何の為にやっているのかはっきり見えている。このプロジェクトのリーダーが小林さんで本当によかった。熊井さんが返事をよこさなくても諦めないでアタックし続けた。いざ2人の力が合わさると説得力が増して信頼と魅力が勝手に膨らむ相乗効果まで。無自覚みたいですが凄すぎるー。

熊井さんの言葉はシンプルだけど、見ている世界は奥行きがありすぎて、簡単に理解したとはとても言えませんでした。しかしマイペースカフェが活動する時に社会に伝えたいけど言葉になっていないものを、熊井さんが語っているのできっと私達は友達なんだと思いました。てへ。

みどりちゃんが孤独な子育てから少しずつ抜け出して、世界を広げていくきっかけや、これから小金井でやりたい事、「Play here」プロジェクトとの出会い。
みどりちゃんの大きな愛とパワーがどんな形になるのか、近くでずっと見て行こうと思った私達でした。
福山型先天性筋ジストロフィーのとも君（8歳）を育てながら、たくさんの学びを吸収して、どんどん魅力的なお母さんに成長していくみどりちゃん。世田谷区から小金井に引っ越してきて栗山公園と運命の出会いがありました。マイペースカフェと出会った瞬間からマイペースカフェが伝えたい事200%受け取ったすごいセンスのみどりちゃん。

前回なっちゃんの自己紹介編の後、全く予想外の展開に動揺しまくる大人達。あの時収録のストップボタンを押した後、事件は起きた！全大人が泣いた衝撃を素で語るマイペースカフェアダルト部門の雑談です。今思い出しても泣ける！なっちゃん先輩！ありがとうございました。
マイペースカフェの新メンバーなっちゃん。夏のカフェデビューでは、カフェラテを自ら提案して、練習をしっかり積んで参加したしっかり者の頑張り屋さん。
お客さんとたくさんお話をして、積極的に関わる姿とは裏腹に「緊張した」という感想に驚き。
苦手な状況でも逃げずに踏ん張るなっちゃんの強さに改めて驚かされたのでした。ゆっくりマイペースに話すなっちゃんの言葉を丁寧に聞いていると、たくさんの気持ちが伝わって、最後大人みんなで目頭を抑える場面も。
