インクルーシブ勉強会
マイペースカフェ一般社団法人ギフテッドのメンバーを中心に色んな人にインクルーシブの話をしてもらって勉強する番組です。インクルーシブってなかなか一言では説明できないけど、ギフテッドメンバーが「インクルーシブ発見！」と思った時にその人に直接話を聞いたら、どうしてインクルーシブって思ったのかちょっとわかるかもしれない。そしたら真似したりできるかもしれない。そんな勉強会です。

お久しぶりの更新です！今回は、全国特別支援学校知的障害教育校PTA連合会長の冨永美和さんがゲスト。ドイツとイギリスで子育てを経験した冨永さんに、海外の障害児の子育て事情を伺いました。冨永さんが先生になる事は必然なんだろうなぁ〜。

小金井みんなの公園プロジェクト”play here”の言い出しっぺ小林さん。熊井さんオフィス「とをが」に2人揃っていたところ突撃隣のインクルーシブ！
小林さんは小金井市の職員で、インクルーシブに本気すぎる公務員。言葉に迷いがなくて、何の為にやっているのかはっきり見えている。このプロジェクトのリーダーが小林さんで本当によかった。熊井さんが返事をよこさなくても諦めないでアタックし続けた。いざ2人の力が合わさると説得力が増して信頼と魅力が勝手に膨らむ相乗効果まで。無自覚みたいですが凄すぎるー。
