    I would love to hear about Alex’s training and credentials. There’s no doubt that he has skills, but there’s no mention of whether he is a trained counsellor and member of an ethical body, which makes me uneasy. When I looked him up, I could only see that he has an under graduate degree in psychology from Swansea University.
