    Good information, nice guy, (if you hear a but coming you’re right) needs an edge. I’m not saying “shock jock” level but you gotta let it loose a little. The edges have been so sanded off that there’s nothing to hold on to. Very smart, very capable, very tepid…or so it seems to me.
