The name is Captain Eric, and welcome to my crew, as we set sail and dive into the undersea town known as Bikini Bottom. Here, we will study one of life's more interesting and humorous creatures, SpongeBob SquarePants. Join us as my guests and I review every single episode of Nickelodeon's longest running show, SpongeBob SquarePants, while also playing and reviewing most of SpongeBob's video games on a Twitch show known as "VideoBob GamePants". So grab a Krabby Patty, a Goober Berry Sunrise, and don't forget that Diet Dr. Kelp, as we celebrate the life and work of Stephen Hillenburg.

Really tried to get into this, and enjoyed the first half of season 1 or so, but once the show started promoting that recreation movie or whatever it was, the episodes just got too long and too much off topic stuff. Wish you would have done seperate episodes to talk about that project instead of injecting it into the body of the regular show. more
Currently still early in, so I don't know how it gets later on, but geez, I get why you want to promote the movie project, but wish that stuff was in a seperate podcast episode just to talk about that. more
I’m a big fan of the content that captain Eric makes! Love hearing his thoughts and story’s on SpongeBob! Very much enjoy the podcast!
First I will say that Capt. Eric is a great, dedicated host and this is not meant to be a slight, but there are some issue with the podcast. This Week in Nickelodeon History #27 & #28 are both just #27, and Episode 90: My Pretty Seahorse is only 2 minutes long. Also there were some big audio level issues with guests in previous episodes.
Good podcast, but some issues. Episode 90 is only 2 minutes long, and the first history episode of October is a repeat of the previous weeks episode, but with a different description. Also, some episodes with guests have very uneven audio levels
