I found this podcast after discovering Amber Autry on IG. I love to watch standup, especially comics that interact with the crowd, and Amber is the best at crowd work. She is so quick witted without being mean to people. I loved her so much I took my daughter to see her in person and she did not disappoint.
After watching her standup for a while I learned about this podcast, and being a HUGE podcast listener I ran to find it. I was so surprised to find out the format of two comics, and a thera... more
I love this pod and I love Amber and her comedy and just her overall being. BUT if we’re going to promote paywall paywall paywall, we need to give regular listeners at least 1 hour episodes and then do another hour on the paywall. I feel like I get the 30 min episode but all we are talking about is the paywall. I’d be more inclined to join the paywall if I was still getting those longer regular episodes like in the beginning. Thanks! Love y’all
This podcast is so funny, genuine and insightful. Amber and Melanie are such a good match. I love how authentic they are and how they talk about such real and relatable topics. Feels like hanging out with a group of true friends. Also love their infectious giggles! Keep up the great work ladies! Also am loving their paywall episodes!
This podcast is funny, deep, heartfelt, comforting. It is my current background podcast while I’m driving, cooking, folding clothes. These ladies teach me and make me feel like I am with a couple of friends when I listen. I love the different guests and the hosts!
Love Amber’s comedy, just learned she had a podcast! It’s relatable and easy to listen to!

Two Nashville-based hosts blend humor with mental health expertise, giving guests room to tell personal stories behind professional identities. Across episodes, conversations swing between comedy, trauma, therapy, and authentic self-discovery, often featuring guests who are comedians, artists, or mental-health professionals. The format mixes candid vulnerability with practical takeaways, and the host pairing—a comedian and a trauma therapist—offers a unique balance of levity and clinical insight that can feel both entertaining and cathartic.
