I am a new listener to brother Abdul’s podcasts but it is amazing Ma shaa Allah. I listened to the episode on living life without fear and anxiety. I am someone who has very severe anxiety and get panicky a lot. But this podcast helped me to calm down and to tune in which lately I have been struggling with. It is the way that the brother speaks to elegantly that calms you down.
