Cantare non vuol dire solo fare vocalizzi, esercizi di respirazione, imparare a leggere e a produrre musica. Cantare vuol dire anche riflettere tanto e a lungo. Andare al fondo delle proprie emozioni, riconoscerle e accoglierle. Questo podcast ritengo sia un valido complemento al percorso VOCE ESSENZA perché offre molti spunti di riflessione utili a capirsi ed ad evolversi trovando quella libertà che il canto richiede.
